Distances are rough. Gort sits at kilometre 298, same as the guest count; we take that as a sign.
Belfast: the M1, then the M7, about four hours. Dublin: the M7, roughly two and a half.
Coming from the north? Car pooling is very much encouraged.
Shannon is 30 minutes away and the easy choice. Cork is about 1¾ hours by road, Dublin about 2½.
